Agilent Seahorse Wave 2.4 Software and Application Note

A new Agilent Seahorse Wave 2.4 Software is available for download from the following link: Wave 2.4

Features of the new software:

• Re-designed interface & graphics – The new, more modern look improves usability and delivers a better XF software experience.
• More flexible instrument control — Add & remove measurement cycles during an assay, and performance at non-37° C temperatures now enabled.
• New data analysis options - Baseline to a Control group and calculate Proton Efflux Rate, a standardized measurement of acidification.

In addition, attached pls. find an application note regarding the normalization of Agilent Seahorse XF data by In-situ cell counting.
