Shalom Rav,
The life sciences IDRFU (ZABAM) has installed a new Synergy H1 Hybrid Microplate reader, located at room no. 15A in Britannia Bldg.
Synergy™ H1 is a configurable multi-mode microplate reader:
- Monochromator based UV/Vis absorbance.
- Quad grating monochromator based fluorescence, luminescence.
- Green FP filter set: EX 485/20 | EM 528/20 | DM 510, polarizers and TRF read modes.
- Hybrid optics: Sensitivity and flexibility.
- Temperature control to 45 °C, optional CO2/O2 control.
- Take3 plate compatible for low volume (2 µL) nucleic acid and protein quantification.
- Monochromator-based optics for flexibility, filter-based optics for sensitivity, or both.
- Top and bottom fluorescence intensity.
- UV-visible absorbance and luminescence detection.
