Sage Science BluePippin

The BluePippin system is used for DNA size selection for NGS, with pulsed-field electrophoresis for resolving and collecting high molecular weight DNA (100bp – 50kb).
The instrument allows high-pass filtering for collection of all fragments above a size threshold set by the user.
