New Analytical Ultracentrifuge is Now Available at the CRCF!

Dear CRCF users (Life Sciences ZABAM),

We are delighted to announce that we acquired a new model of the Beckman Analytical Ultracentrifuge (AUC) and it is now available at our facility.

Consultation, full service and analysis support are available. 

The AUC is a powerful, label-free technique for the characterization of biomolecules in their native state in solution under biologically relevant conditions, providing quantitative information on molecular weight, size, heterogeneity, and intermolecular interactions under native conditions.

Applications include:

• Protein and protein complex characterization
• Analysis of aggregation and self-association
• Protein–protein and protein–ligand interactions
• Sample purity
