Microarray

There are many options for gene and microRNA expresion analysis, such as: next generation sequencing (NGS), microarray, nanostring technologies and others. Microarrays are considered as the good-old option. The microarray technologies (arrays) are being updated periodically to include more deatiled description of the genomic information, and the bioinformatics analysis is roubust and based on many years of experience.

All methodologies are still being routinely used by many researchers, and are considered complementary and highly accepted in publications.

We bioinformatically analyze microarray data performed by various platform, using Partek GS commercial suite. We provide, in addition to raw data and results in huge excels and report files, also useful and intuitive power-point presentations that include graphics that enable the complete understanding of the results. We support the results with extended discussions and written protocols, till the biological results are clearly written and accepted for publication.
