Human Plasmolipin model structure

A 3D structure of a protein may help design new mutations, analyze known ones and help to predict the relations between structure and function of a protein.

We have experience in predicting a protein structure using various methods: homology modeling, fold recognition and ab-initio.

The myelin proteolipid Plasmolipin, forms oligomers and induces liquid ordered membranes in the Golgi apparatus.
