Abstract

 

In this workshop we will introduce you to Benchling. Benchling is a scientific collaboration tool that’s can made your research much more streamlined. 

Benchling is a free tool with some of the easiest to use DNA analysis tools, including CRISPR gRNA design, Gibson and Golden Gate assembly, primer design, multiple sequence alignment, plasmid auto-annotation, and more. These tools are integrated into an electronic lab notebook, reducing a lot of hassle.
