The Rosalie and Harold Rae Brown Cancer Research Core Facility (CRCF) at the Faculty of Life Sciences is happy to announce an upcoming re-launch at the newly renovated premises located on the first floor of Britannia building.


The CRCF (ZABAM) provide access to advanced technologies & services in a wide range of research areas, including biophysics, electron and confocal microscopy, genomics, imaging, spectroscopy, ultracentrifugation, FACS and cell sorting.


Our experienced and dedicated CRCF staff is available for consultation, assistance, experimental design, and analysis.
 

General information:

  • Operating hours are between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday. 

  • Entrance to the facility territory is only possible using a personal keycard.

  • All instruments must be booked in advanced via the BookItlab system. 

  • All new users must undergo training from CRCF staff prior to using all instrumentation.

  • Facility users must abide by the university and CRCF safety regulations. 

  • Entrance will not be permitted without proper PPE (lab coat and closed toe shoes).
