Features

The Synergy HT is a single-channel absorbance and fluorescence microplate reader.  

Synergy HTX is controlled by the easy-to-use, yet powerful, Agilent BioTek Gen5 data analysis software for data collection, analysis and exporting.
Fluorescence determinations: the Synergy HT uses a tungsten quartz halogen lamp with interference filters for wavelength specificity in conjunction with a photomultiplier (PMT) tube detector.

Absorbance measurements are made by switching to a xenon flash lamp and a monochromator for wavelength selection.

The use of a xenon flash lamp allows for both UV and visible light absorbance measurements.

The monochromator provides wavelength selection from 200 to 999 nm in 1-nm increments.
