Instrument details
GloMax® Navigator was purchased in 2021 from Applied Photophysics. The instrument is equipped with a dual injection system with a 5 – 200 µl dispense volume range.
Capable of Glow, Flash and Kinetic luminescence measurements, with a detection limit of 1.5x10-21 luciferase molecules.
The wavelength range of the instrument is 350 to 700 nm.
