Instrument details

The Synergy™ H1 was acquired in 2019 from Biotek. 

Internal plate shaking is supported in 3 forms: Linar, Orbital and double orbital.

H1 model support the reading of 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well microplates with standard 128 x 86 mm geometry.

  • Temperature range: Ambient to 45°C

  • Absorbance measurements: The monochromator provides wavelength selection from 230 to 999

  • Fluorescence determinations: Ex. From 250 to 700, Em. From 270 to 700

  • Fluorescence polarization: Green FP filter set: EX 485/20 | EM 528/20 | DM 510, polarizers

  • Luminescence
