The Operetta CLS is a versatile platform with a wide range of applications in cellular biology and drug discovery:

  • Phenotypic Screening: Identify and characterize subtle cellular changes in response to drug compounds, genetic perturbations, or disease models.

  • Live-Cell Assays: Study dynamic processes like migration and invasion assays, proliferation, apoptosis, endocytosis, and signaling pathways over time, monitor cell calcium, track cardiomyocyte beating, colony formation, monitoring drug-induced effects, internalization assays, object tracking.

  • Fixed-Cell Assays: Analise cellular structures, protein localization, and molecular interactions in fixed samples.

  • 3D Cell Culture Imaging: Gain deeper insights into more physiologically relevant models like spheroids, organoids, and tissue sections, capturing volumetric data.
