Abstract
PyMOL is a molecular visualization system distributed by Schrodinger. PyMOL is used to visualize and analyze biological macromolecules such as proteins and DNA , as well as small molecules. PyMOL can produce high quality images and movies.
In the workshop we will learn to open PDB files in PyMOL, present them in various representations and do some basic manipulations such as measurments, mutagenesis, electrostatic potential calculations and more.
You can bring your favorite PDB file to the workshop.
