Problem with mail forwarding for TAUEX users

Following a version upgrade of the University's Office 365 license towards the end of October for employees and staff, the mail forwarding from the TAUEX box to the private boxes was deleted for a lot of users.

Problem with mail forwarding for TAUEX users

As part of the service enhancement, the University has acquired A3 365 Office licenses for employees and academic staff (TAUEX box users) giving users the option to install Office 365 for free on up to 5 personal devices.

As a result, an issue occured which deleted e-mail forwards from TAUEX mail boxes to private boxes (such as GMAIL).

If you have had a transfer to another email box, please make sure that the transfer is still in progress, and that it does not need to be redefined.
