The Sas-Chen lab combines experimental and computational methodologies to investigate RNA-based mechanisms of gene regulation in health and disease. Among its interests, the lab focuses on exploring the impact of RNA modifications, non-coding RNAs, and ribosomal functions on cancer progression.
