The School of Neurobiology, Biochemistry and Biophysics, Faculty of Life Sciences at Tel Aviv University is seeking to expand its faculty and inviting applications for a tenure-track faculty position beginning on January 2025.
 

Fields of interest include –but are not limited to– molecular and cellular neurophysiology, brain disorders, neurodevelopment, aging, brain machine interfaces, computational and systems neuroscience.

Our school has a unique multi-model organism approach and multi-disciplinarity, opening the doors to non-conventional model systems and candidates coming from different disciplines.

 

Individuals holding Ph.D. and/or M.D., or equivalent degrees, with two or more years of postdoctoral experience and a strong publication record in a relevant field are encouraged to apply.

Applicants should demonstrate excellence in research and strong potential for securing and sustaining independent and collaborative extramural funding.

A successful applicant will be expected to develop an innovative, independent research program, and to share our commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate education.
