The Department of Zoology is recruiting

The Department of Zoology, Tel Aviv University, invites applications from exceptional candidates for a tenure-track position.

Basic Qualifications: Applicants are expected to have a PhD and postdoctoral experience in one of the following fields: ecology, biogeography, comparative physiology, conservation, neuroethology, behavior, behavioral ecology, evolution, systematics, taxonomy.  They should have strong and substantive training and an active zoologically-oriented research agenda, as evidenced by their publications in first-class international, peer-reviewed journals. Candidates should be committed to graduate and undergraduate teaching and to be able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Hebrew within 3 years of obtaining the position.
