Zechariah Haber has fallen in combat on the 16.1.2024, in the north side of Gaza, He was a Ph.D. Research Student at the Laboratory of Dr. Nir Sade

The Faculty of Life Sciences and the School of Plant Sciences and Food Security, bow their heads with great sorrow for the death of the late Major (res.) Zachariah Yosef Haber.
Zachariah was a promising and talented doctoral student in the laboratory of Dr. Nir Sade.
In 2021, He Published an Academic Article, on: Resolving diurnal dynamics of the chloroplastic glutathione redox state in Arabidopsis reveals its photosynthetically derived oxidation, The Plant Cell, Volume 33, Issue 5, May 2021
Zachariah was killed on 16.1.24 in a battle in the Gaza Strip. His funeral will be held today on Mount Herzl, at 6:00 pm.
