Connect to a wireless network

As part of the WIFI project we carried out at the faculty, our deployment of wireless transmitters is nearly complete.

There are 3 wireless networks that you can connect to in the campus:

1. Free-TAU – Password: free-tau - Designed for free surfing by everyone on campus island, including students, lecturers and guests. There is no access to databases and internal sites.
2. Staff-TAU – Username and Password: University username and password. This network is for employees only! Students can not access this network. This network also allows access to internal sites, ERP services, etc. on the wireless network securely from the campus.
3. Eduroam – An inter-university wireless network that exists in many universities around the world and allows visiting lecturers / students from abroad to enter the network with the username and password of their parent university (the same applies to our lecturers / students at various universities around the world). Username: University username @tau.ac.il; Password: University password.
